On the last day of the school holidays Mum and I went to New World and got a trolly. Just as we were about to start shopping Mum caught glimpse of an interesting notice.
Rabbits for sale 1x black 1x brown - Tommi.
I was so excited. After my everlasting excitement was over we started to do the real shopping. After Mum had gone through every lane in the shop we got to the checkout. To my amazement the checkout girl was called Tommi and she was the one selling the rabbits. While Mum had a long talk with Tommi I was listening too, she said lots of interesting things about them . Next we loaded up the car and started to go home to tell Dad but I convinced Mum that we should go back and tell Tommi we would take them. The next day Mum, Maisie, Dad and I went towards town and back on another track for about 10 minutes.
Finally we got to Tommi's house and had a long practise with the rabbits. After that Mum paid her and we got going with the rabbits. Now we have them at our house
We have named both of them :buttons and marshmalow HM
Well done Hunter. What a great story. I loved reading those interesting expressions.

I like rabbits too because they are cute and they're fluffy. Have you named the rabbit? I liked how you used you interesting words in your story. From Joshua - Room 7, EPS
ReplyDeleteI like rabbits because I used to have one, it was brown. I liked how you made some of the words bolder and bigger to make your story a bit more interesting. I'm glad your Mum saw the 'For Sale' sign. From Kassie - Room 7, EPS
